11:11 Fast Five Recipe – Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino from Damy Tamburrino from Foppiano Vineyards

Ingredients:
Spaghetti or linguine
Extra virgin olive oil
Garlic cloves (six or more)
Red chilies flakes
Parmesan cheese
Parsley

Directions:Boil the pasta. On low heat in a frying pan add olive oil, garlic and chilies –heat and mix together. Then drain and add the pasta to the frying pan, top with parsley and parmigiano. Mix well and enjoy. Serve with Petite Sirah from Foppiano Vineyards.
