16:46 Fast Five Recipe – Goat Cheese Toastette from Christine Lilieanthal from Sonoma County Wine Grape Commission.
Ingredients: Fresh baguette, softened goat cheese, fresh rosemary, toasted walnuts and organic honey. Directions: Cut the baguette diagonally spread the goat cheese liberally across the bread and place on a baking tray in a 375 oven. Chop up the walnuts and toast them, then sprinkle the walnuts over the hot cheese toast and sprinkle with the rosemary and drizzle with honey!
